What can we help you with?

  • How do I use Veetoo Trade?

Either enter the type of trade you are looking for into the search box, or click the popular trades icon, enter your postcode and you will be shown a list of relevant trades people close to you. The Gold members appear first, these trades people have to sign up to our service and have accepted service standards. We also aim to keep an up to date record of relevant qualifications which are normally displayed on their profiles.

  • Why are there only a few trades people listed in my area?

Veetoo Trade.com is growing all the time, we have better coverage in some areas than others. If you feel your area is poorly served, please give us a call and we will see what we can do to help find you someone reputable in your area.

  • How can I recommend a Tradesperson?

You can do this via the website, or ask the tradesperson to email you a link, we will publish it once it has been screened by our administration team.

  • I am unhappy with the work, what can I do?

This is an exceedingly rare occurrence as our tradespeople rely upon positive feedback to help them attract more work and grow their business. However, if it does happen, we recommend you read our complaints process. This gives advice on resolving issues.

  • Do you remove unsatisfactory members?

We try and weed out trades that we don’t feel come up to the mark during vetting. If one does slip through then yes, if a business falls short of the Veetoo Trade Standard then we will investigate and take action, including removal if required. Our reputation, as well as that of reputable tradespeople is the bedrock upon which businesses are built.

  • Complaints

Our members promise to meet the Veetoo Trade.com Standards, and agree to have feedback from their customers published online for all to see.

Before we publish adverse reviews we believe it is fair and reasonable to give our members the opportunity to give their perspective and a chance to correct the matter where it is found that the work was below an acceptable standard. We have found that this usually results in a much better outcome for all.

Instances such as this are rare, particularly if a clear statement of work has been agreed in advance of the work beginning and any variations to the original statement of work are recorded and signed by both tradesperson and customer.

However, if you feel  you have been let down by a Veetoo Trade member,  here is how we can help:
